In LaBrum Middle School there are many opportunities to play different sports. One of the sport opportunities is lacrosse that is getting ready to begin in April. All sixth through eighth graders who would like to participate are allowed as long as they get their physical forms.

As Ms. Hauser volunteers her time and effort to train her players, she makes a comment that, “At the level it is all about basic skills and conditions. Our team is showing a lot of potential. We are working on passing and receiving the ball as well as learning to play defense. I am hopeful we will have a successful season.”

Ms. Hauser also says that our team is not ready for our first game while other players seem to disagree and agree.

LaBrumCast asked one of the sixth graders, Aliyah, their opinion on whether the team is ready to start their first game, she stated, “ No because sometimes we do not have practice and we need to be more active with our skills.” LaBrumCast also asked Katie and she said, “ No because we haven't practiced that much.” They both think the team needs more time

On the other hand, LaBrumCast asked Ava and she thinks, “Yes because we had a few weeks to practice.” Also LaBrumCast asked Emily and she said, “yes because we have great teamwork and we put in a lot of effort when we play.” They both agree that the team is ready.

Either way, the whole team are working very hard on preparing for our first game and they have to be able to play. They are all hoping for a great season and hope they can make it to the championship just like last year.
