LaBrum Basketball, Why It's Not Going So Good

The LaBrum basketball season has just got started we are two games in, for the girls and boys team. With the boys record being 0-3 and the girls record being 2-1 with the boy suffering two losses to Greenburg, Austen Meehan, and Mayfair and the girls defeating Greenburg, losing to Austen Meehan, and also beating Mayfair. Ms. Hauser said “the very young team is getting better every game” she also said “The team plays their hearts out every game” she also thinks they match up good against some teams and not so good against other teams she also said they are very hungry a hustle every game. Mr. Brettle is very optimistic about the basketball season and he also said “everyone has improved a lot” and his main goal for the season is not to win the championship it is to have everyone improve a lot and get better he said “we are underdogs and every player plays hard a hustles.”Also an anonymous player on the team said “ we are just not good’ also he said “we need to hustle more and care more we have to be better we are hungry.” I think the LaBrum basketball teams will win a few games this year and everyone has gotten better. Even if the LaBrum basketball team doesn't win the championship I think they will have a good season and I wish them luck.
